Huey Walker veröffentlicht mit „Blearies“ seine zweite Mini-CDr.
Wie auch „Chaussee, Nachts Ruf“, das 2012 die musikalischen Ergebnisse von Huey Walkers Teilnahme am „Schaufensterschau“-Projekt dokumentierte, präsentiert sich „Blearies“ als kolorierte One-Track-CD. Die vorliegenden 22 Minuten wurden am 19. März 2015 aufgenommen und zwei Tage später, am 21. März, veröffentlicht. Direkter Output ist hier die Devise.

„Blearies“ enthält Musik mit Gitarre, Resonanzen, Synthesizern und Vocals.

„Blearies“ is a new Recording by Huey Walker. This 22-Minute session starts with subtle guitar reverberation over a long drone-bass, powered by Electronics elements. Heavily reverb vocals oscillate in the Stereo-Room, followed by sharp and sensitive Synth notes, melting into a wash of moody resonances that finally rear up to a blissful, monolithic, yet fragile wall of Sound with warm and distorted, swelling guitars, slowly receding into the frizzling low-drone frequency from the Beginning. „Blearies“ was recorded on March 19th, 2015 and is released by Huey Walker’s DIY-Label „Rakkoon Recordings“ as a limited CDr-Edition on a red Mini-CDr with hand-numbered Inlay. A download-only version with a PDF-Booklet is available, too.
